Request a Slot on the Bench
Fill this in and somebody will call you back within one working day to fix a time. Nothing is charged until you are standing in the bay, and if the form tells us you have booked the wrong session we will say so on that call rather than take the larger fee.
Before You Come In
- Bring the clubs you actually play, including the ones you do not trust
- Bring the shoes you wear on the course, since posture changes with the sole
- Bring scorecards or a scoring app screenshot from your last three or four rounds
- Eat something first. A three hour full bag session is longer than people expect
- Arrive ten minutes early if you want to warm up, since there is no queue to jump
Weather note for wedge sessions. Short game work uses the grass tee next door.
If the forecast turns, we will call and offer to move you rather than run it indoors on a mat.

Within one working day, during open hours. If we cannot reach you by phone we follow up by email the same day.

We confirm the right session
Two minutes of questions. Occasionally this call ends with us moving you to a cheaper session or telling you a bench check would do the job.
